Mugwort's Latin name is Artemisia vulgaris. From this, you can gather that the herb is sacred to Artemis, Goddess of the hunt, fertility, and wild animals. This herb is associated with the moon, and is used to bring prophetic dreams. It can also help with nightmares. Being sacred to Artemis and associated with the moon, mugwort can help with lots of female reproductive issues, such as starting a delayed period, aid in balancing menstruation, helps circulate the blood to the pelvic region, and also help pass a stuck placenta. It also eases depression and tension, aids in digestion, improves appetite, and helps with feeling sick after eating. Like its sister plant wormwood, it helps kills parasites. It is beneficial for the spleen and kidneys. This tincture is made from mugwort flowering tops and gluten free brandy. Comes in a 1 oz blue glass bottle.
