Wild Yam Flower Essence

Wild yam is for compassion and receiving. It works on the solar plexus, the heart chakra, and the sacral chakra. The solar plexus is the seat of our identity; the relationship with self. It is where addiction and power are housed. It moves liver energy and helps release the past. It releases stress and tension we internalized as a child. It helps us process and complete things we internalized for the rest of our family or things we weren't allowed to speak. It helps with feelings of not belonging with our family.
